In The Australian yesterday there was an article stating that the Eva Copper Project in Queensland was for sale for $300m. Eva is owned by Copper Mountain from Canada and is being advised in this sale process by Macquarie Bank.
Eva is slated to produce 45,000 tonnes of copper and 14,000 ounces of gold per year. It requires $750 million to get it into production.
I think Stockman is looking very good in comparison.
