This is an unrelated story about a small company that started in the Pilbara around 2003. You might recognise some of the names.
Graeme Rowley's response to Twiggy's statement that he wanted people to have skin in the game was that he only had a $1000 bucks. Twiggy said "I'll take it".
Alan Watling (COO) - At the time, this company only talked about a piddly 15 million tons of iron ore, but needed in the order of around 1.5+ billion to develop infrastructure to process the ore.
Chris Catlow (CFO) was originally questioned family and friends whether he was sure he wanted to take on this job with Andrew. \
The views back then were that "Andrew was a bit wild, if not a cowboy".
FMG originally planned to use the existing railway lines, owned and operated by BHP and Rio Tinto, to develop its Cloud Break deposit. Lengthy legal battles however forced the company to spend A$2.5 billion to construct its own line.

Twiggy Stated - "Leadership is key and teamwork is a function of membership and leadership. And if you can strengthen particularly membership, then you can get anything to be successful"

Today, FMG is the 2nd largest company (MC wise) in the materials sector and 9th largest on the ASX.

I'm not suggesting that KLL is going to reach that lofty goal, what I am saying though, is that the team that has developed this resource have put their soul into this project.
They are slowly but surely ironing out process kinks and have not given up.
Their communication is clear and honest.
KLL leadership under Jens Luber is kicking many small goals, which IMHO will get this company back on the road.
