The result of the court hearing the other day is that DS cannot sell or dispose of his shares in Berlin Pharma and a court date will be set for this to go to trial

The announcement is being worked on and we can look forward to a shift in the mood surrounding EMS after it has been released

I still believe the company remains an absolute bargain for a predator and is a take over target which would deliver a would be suitor the Malaria project plus the delivery system itself which has many more uses plus what ever else Calvin has up his sleeve

It is my view that if the share price does not get somewhere north of 30 cents in the next three months that this possibility will become more and more likely

Finally we must appreciate that the trials only included a small number of patients but was the most prudent use of the companies capital and I suspect any deal will be dependent on more trials taking place but will be paid for by others and not EMS - but these trials should be quick and conclusive - it is possible however that EMS will receive an interim license from Rwanda

Finally - the mod seems to have deleted an entire thread and a good thing it was to - JINLA is entitled to his views (even though they seem to swing wildly) and we should all sit back and let Mike and his crew do their job
