To start pumping seawater by December they are not going to complete the ponds 1 and 2 as on the plan. Below is my theory on how they will achieve it, the hatching which extends off screen is what was supposed to be build. Volumes might be down but they might do higher frequency empties of pond 1 and then increase the tempo of shuffling through the ponds as they are progressively built./ Just a theorem, no evidence
