I am sure i read somewhere that those insto's who participated in the placement at 25c are entitled to the 3:4 offer....

I agree..DVN is slipping in the up front and everything above board stakes..it does smell bad..same thing happened in the previous placement..If I am correct they did the placement then came out with a reduced earnings figure going forward..

I still have not sold my holdings as the price drops..and I will take up the 3:4 offer and buy anything on mkt under 20c if it is available..
