Thats the decision PLL may have. to face in the future..
And as the Minres ceo recently pointed out, the guys with the resource are in control.
REFINERS ARE AT THEIR MERCY.
I think he used the term 'he who holds the resource is GOD, but i wont go that far.
So, One big happy family, if you will!!!
The original offtake could be toast.
Otherwise, it could drag both companies through the courts, and thats something no one wants to see.
So maybe the strategy is play along with Keith for the moment, and then hit him with his options later.
Thats possibly why they are so coy about announcing their refining plans.
As we know, refining is the plan from 3 years ago, PRE NAL, was always to refine. They knew what is already built at NAL, and have had BB independantly verify and consult on this.
They know exactly whats required to turn this plant into a onestop shop mine/refiner cash cow. Something Keith dreams of in NC which may never happen.
As sir TT15 said...follow the money.....and keith, being a money man he is, probably will.

Nobody knows squat because the SYA BOD's have been playing games with their language toward both the Refinery decision & PLL offtake... fact.

The big boys will mark SYA down if this isn't clear... like per Ordfinance mentioning chit chat with offtake question marks between brokers...

So words & opinions mean nothing... yours or mine.

Facts.. they ( money men ) need facts & decisions.

Not the usual half arsed allusive sentence or two that actually means nothing...

Facts.

BS written on here won't help SYA now.
