As we have been discussing, the mining costs of US$17M per quarter.
I have also kept the Australia Corporate Costs as the average but would think now that all the corporate activity during the FFX/LLL split has been completed these should come down, including also that there has been a reduction in staff/directors, some of this will be offset by paying more for Taplin to hold the fort.
@WoodySpoon totally agree that if anything come go wrong, this company seems to grab it with both hands.
~ they have operated in this US$ gold price (US$1698) environment when producing predominately "tailings" which has a much higher AISC
~ IMO, with the higher grade being milled (as per the corporate update) and more being pushed through the mill with better recoveries should lower the AISC?
~ just to add to the dilemma, the current exchange rate is 1.49 (A$0.67)
The numbers for Morila ie: US$26,350,000 (A$39,261,000) are inclusive of mining, processing and site administration costs:
~ what I am uncertain of, is the site administration costs replicated in the 5B section 1.2(e) under mine administration and corporate costs with the corporate costs being the Australian component of administration, salaries etc?
~ if so, the A$7,000,000 for staff/admin/corporate can be removed from the costs shown in the spreadsheet.
The closing price of LLL yesterday was a positive, if you consider the value of FFX's LLL shares when LLL was trading $0.63 (A$132,867,000) a week ago. Every $0.01 increase equates to A$2,109,000
@Purplemagic the holding of FFX you have posted is out of date, they have 210,900,000 share escrowed.
