Feels like a newbie question here but i've googled and nada. How exactly do i convert my options? There was nothing on the share registry (apart from my holdings), and i have emailed the company but no reply as of yet. Typically with options i have been given some BPAY details and it has been straight forward. I guess next steps is to call the company?
