UBS may have brokered a single price with multiple investors. It's all off screen sadly. Wah Nam still have a little way to go, and it looks like the average price set was around $3.11 - which off course was the price WR got for his shares. Given the magnitude of the recent news I am surprised that no-one else has tried to get on board.
The Chinese have effectively been handed 20% of a 1 billion tonne 60%+ resource for 20c/tonne. Bargain of the century.
