You will have to exit at some point to realise the gains and use the money. Selling some in June and then July of same calendar year but two financial years is one way after utilising the 50% CGT discount for holding more than 12 months.
Maybe you're holding to pass on to children as inheritance? Many do that.
PLS is in the drivers seat at the moment as a cash making machine and there is much more money to be made for all of us holders but at the end don't be afraid to sell just because you don't want to pay tax, not you specifically but generally.
