I just bought with half of my div. Got to be crazy not to be reinvesting into this business. The up side is just so massive. Coal for 9 years out of BA with most likely a new total coming out at some stage. I’m sure they are looking at options to max the BA mine with tenants around the area. And honestly they will be p
aying more than $0.10c in Dec based only on the quarterly coal price! So should move into $1.50c range all things considered. DYOR my waters are bubbling away!
