Yep. Not a good look. Directors' are not aligning themselves with their shareholders at all!
There is absolutely no incentive for Directors to raise the share price.
needs to have big changes made to prevent management rorting the system. No more incentive plans. No bonus payments.
A change in management is required if the current team can't maintain the stipulated plan
