I believe it will be higher:
Less shares on issues
Higher coal spot price in the past few months
Last divvy, some additional funds were diverted to increase the buy back
Only thing that would decrease the next dividend would be coal prices crashing (doubtful in the short term), not being able to ship out coal due to weather or they announce another buy back with additional funds.
