I wondered the same thing, how the hell can IMEC have given it the all clear.. OR, do they just manufacture and that's it.. but then how do THEY know they did their job properly.. it's mind boggling.

I once worked in a software project that involved another company from the U.S., it was an amazing thing to witness.. they'd deliver software releases with bugs and then wanted us to prove it was their problem.. we had to debug their stuff constantly, for them to actually fix it. I'm sure IMEC isn't the type of company to wash their hands of problems, but it's certainly puzzling.
