- That makes a lot of sense, but I am wondering why Link had taken a large position in PEXA in the first place. I thought at some stage they may bid for the company, but with the constant offering of divesting 80% of their holding to Link shareholders that seems to tell me that they have no plan to take PXA over.
- But if they do divest their holding to shareholders it will make this company more a target, we know that Dye and Durham want it.
- Can anyone explain the share price weakness today? I put it down to the breakdown in negotiations with D & D.
