    Anyone who would choose a president on the same basis as they would choose a drinking partner - ie "he's like ordinary folks" - is stupid.

    Bush is by any measure not up to the job. He's created a disaster for the US while his VP has been improperly directing government money into the hands of his cronies.

    Let the trials begin.
