You don;t have to buy stocks just because they are going up. You buy them because of what the future may hold.

Take Ronsteib for example who has been vocal in disagreeing about valuations etc but has now bought his first parcel because he sees what is happening next wekk and next month or in 6 months - not tomorrow. For that reason it is the perfect time to buy.

First rule of investing is buy low and sell high. Downside from here is limited unless the flood goes on for another month. Thats the risk at present.

I am very comfortable being 10's of thousands of dollars underwater knowing what is coming.

On the other side I ask you why would you sell now and maybe pick them up a little cheaper or risk buying them back over 5c. Thats not logical either.

Hold is the call for now for me but at the same time it is good buying as well.
