If NST buy $1.4 million at 18c it gives them almost 7.8 million shares on top of the 6.6million they already own.......so roughly 14.4 million shares all up.
$4million cap raise @ 18c gives us roughly 22 million shares added to the 290million already on issue......
= 312m SOI
14.4 mill ÷ 312 mill = 0.046
So NST/SAR would have roughly a 4.6% holding. Not quite enough for a substantial holders notice. Still great news none the less if true ....look forward to the morning announcement.
