Yes, complete rubbish. As @Sanar5 wrote, 2000 litre is not the target; it will be sent to produce lithium carbonate so the process is proven ASAP. The plant will keep on working to produce 2.5 tonnes as planned.
Also, this twitter person forgot to do the conversion from lithium to LCE, which is a 5.32 multiplication. That's very basic mistake, and makes the calculation completely wrong.
