Yet the market still prices this currently at the CR discounted price (or close enough) which for all our goodwill etc means that’s exactly how the market values the points and potential you describe. We can’t escape that. And once the new shares are issued your stake in the company is diluted.

I just like companies to come to holders with some specifics before tapping investors for more. A CR doesn’t have to be a bad thing if the prospects of how the funds will increase value of the company is spelled out better (and before anyone picks up on that I mean with caveats applied that risks etc exist).

The retail investors are often the last to know and are probably the least able to absorb the loss of value in their portfolio and I think that needs to change, starting with more information when funds are needed.
