Firstly, no it won't, this first batch is being sent there as the demo plant won't be equipped to do the processing or lilac will be running some tests, someone pointed out y'day that 1000L of lithium concentrate contains roughly 25kg of LCE, so for 50000 tons (50 million kg) youd have to send 100 petrol tankers full of concentrate per day, 365 days a year to the US, you think that's the plan? Also the latest pres shows the lilac direct X facility on the plan, so once again showing you don't know anything about lake or their plans

Secondly, Lake used the word dispute, so there is a dispute, they are potentially taking millions in future revenue from lilac for a misunderstanding, lake assumed they would be done 6 months from signing the deal, lilac thought 6 months from the site being prepared, it's not semantics over dates, lilac are paying $50m to build the 3 wall shed so how would you feel is you were building someone a house and they said they wouldn't pay you half because it's late?
