"...Is that you calling ... "Wonderfunk"!!!!!!....... The reply will most likely be ...Yes that's right....I want to discuss with you the capital raising with the Company I work for..."

    ( With humor intended)

Now THAT I'll reply to cos it made me laugh... but the really funny thing is that I don't work for a company, I work for a national organisation... and I am the last person you would want on the end of your phone! LOL

What you wrote prior to that is fair enough - the problem I have with it is you're only presenting negatives and half truths in your posts at the moment - I'm not ramping, just trying to fill in a few gaps if I can so that (as you say) 'people can make up their own minds as to whether they want to buy in or sell up with this Co'. It's only fair that there's some balance.

    It's not all negative.

If this thread was only full of people singing the praises of the Co I'd probably be the one trying to keep people grounded to the reality of the situation. Believe it or not.

Look, I know it's a tough call whether to take up the rights - I'm not sure my wife and I are even on the same page about it. MUN might be a producer, but there is still the speculation that is normally reserved for explorers.

Do you believe the grades at Torrecillas are great?

Do you believe Crista will significantly impact on the profitability of Engenho?

Do you believe production costs have been high due to the inclusion of costs related to preparing the facility for increased tonnes as well as well as unforseen stoppages?

Do you believe the POG will rise?

Do you believe the actions of management have been in the best interests of all shareholders?

In my opinion if your answers are yes then you will be taking up the offer if you're in a financial enough position to do so. If no - you need to sell... and probably should have done so some time ago. It just does not make sense to me to hold shares in a company which you consider unworthy of your hard earned... there are plenty more out there...

For the record, I have been through raisings before where the company has done the ring around... they're obviously just trying to get a feel for how it's going to go so they can plan around it.

    Cheers

PS - Blackso ..."However, I have no way of knowing if this was genuine information from the company..."

Ring or email the company! There is a way.
