    I think as long as the company doesn’t trade until the announcement is released to the market they’re ok, but I’m thinking maybe tomorrow it will be since the markets closed Thursday. Surely shareholders are informed before an announcement is made in a presentation to the industry if it’s price sensitive (it’s been marked as one pillar of the company’s strategy) which I think it will be. Not sure if I’d prefer it before, during or after markets trade tomorrow.
