No mention yet of the departure of Duane Attree, the former CEO of Potential(x), and CEO of The Health Roundtable and owner of over 11 million shares of Beamtree as part of the acquisition in August 2021.
He was listed as the Chief Commercial and Development Officer at Beamtree after joining the company, but is now gone.

Might explain the current downward pressure on the share price?
