Take 5 minutes and review the charts of half a dozen companies and you'll see some correlation which you can use to make some educated understandings about the current market regime.
If you're stressing out then you're overweight in equities quite possibly. A load of stocks I follow are exhibiting the same chart dynamics so don't assume it's wbt letting you down necessarily.
