What’s ESD actually doing. Reading their web page even they are only recently signing LOI to acquire land to build on. LOI, MOU’s, DD, gentleman’s hand shakes, secret shakes, winks and nods, government funding approvals are the reason why no one is getting anything done in this entire energy crisis. no wonder the world is burning up! Looks like we need some more catastrophic weather disasters to stop people talking and start doing.
