Would only possibly happen if LOM hits a Kimberlite pipe , not logical currently for Angola to take over a cashflow negative business which therefore would be an extra liability on Angola's balance of payments .
One option would be for the Angolan govt to partner with a profit driven company and then take over LOM current LOM management prove every day they are incapable of running a mine anywhere profitably.
