The owner of the dive boat that the Longigans(spelling?)went missing, presume dead,in North Queensland,got held responsible,I believe it ruined him.
I believe, the employee, the dive master was responsible, for that was his job to look after the divers.
How is that different from Garrett/ Rudd.
They are responsible.
