We get to vote on $90 mill tranche 2 as it exceeds the raise capacity under asx rules.
It would be total madness to vote in favour given the razor thin margins and huge dilution to achieve it when there is the almost guaranteed future value of the LLL shareholding to fall back on.
I wonder if a plant sale might net $80 million? Can pay out creditors and a small divie of 1.5 cents before hibernating for two years with minimal exec team and expenses?
