CF looking pretty good for this Q, and they did have a pretty healthy pile at 31 Dec, but are we ready to take on a lot more debt? as surely a material 50ktpa type acquisition is going to need a lot more than our surplus cash.
This imho is going to be the REAL TEST of our relationship with GRAM. Will they be providing a debt or a debt/equity package for the acquisition?
If they do, then the whole strategic point of the cornerstone investor becomes positively confirmed.
If not, well just as for any other deal I guess.
