@sunny coast; I raised these sorts of issues on this forum almost a decade ago when Hawthorn and Collingwood supporters were systemically booing dual Brownlow medalist Adam Goodes and the AFL failed to properly intervene.
History records that just before that Lance Franklin had left Hawthorn to play with Sydney's indigenous players including Goodes and to embrace the Swans' 'bloods' culture only to watch on as Goodes was racially vilified and booed out of the AFL.
The AFL's leaders pay themselves $Millions while overseeing deeply racist cultures that include incident ranging from the abuse directed at Nicky Winmar to the shocking revelations today about Hawthorn's inner sanctum. They should be the ones being booed!
