I've already written to the company/New MD with my views on this disastrous plan and suggestions to sell either the project or plant instead.
I suggest others do the same.
Don't hold back.
Guaranteed future value of LLL holding is 40 cents per FFX share IMHO. This recap puts them at 4.5 cents now, on a Morilla plan on razor thin margins even if all goes well. Absurd.
If you have a lot of shares it may help garner a reply to give the number in the correspondence, eg. my X number of shares will be voting a resounding NO to this recapitalization plan.
