I used to be a property valuer. Many years ago, a young agent once told me that the market never crashes. I laughed. That was a couple of years before it did, indeed, crash. Cycles. Banks can't use crypto as asset security, but they can use gold. I don't have a crystal ball though, and things have been crazy the past three years. Who knows what's coming?
