jmaherabas, could you clarify;
- the cap raise back on 26 November 2020 had 24,088,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.056 issued to Atlantic who were a nominee for Everblu (broker options) - consistent with what you have mentioned above. These were converted 1 February 2021
- On 1 Feb 2021 there was an appendix 3G announcement amending an announcement from 16 June 2020.
- Back in 16 June 2020 there was a cap raise that included 5,000,000 issued to the underwriter - Pendragon Capital Limited
Perhaps these latest options being converted are related to Pendragon and not Everblu?
I cant find why these were valued at $0.0555 when the they should have been exercisable at 3 times the SPP price - which i understand the issue price was $0.0288c - so the exercisable price should have been $0.0864 (3x 0.0288).
