it means bullzeye is back in control of all of its gold assets, including ore that has already been extracted but not yet processed. Prior to this they had an agreement that some of the gold that had been jorc-ed was being shared with blue-cap mining, in return for BCM doing the extraction and haulage. Bullzeye paid BCM $4 as part of terminating the deal. As I recall BCM recently paid Bullzeye some money that they'd been loaned.
