Participation in Upcoming CR if approved by Shareholders, page-3

Trirkd, I’m not sure how to politely respond to your post! I am a top 10 shareholder in our company and I am in regular contact with shareholders who own over 30% of the shares in our company! I make no apology for taking a proactive interest in a company that I have made a significant investment in! I was asked by my fellow shareholders to make representation to the board to get an undertaking that should the resolution be passed at next weeks meeting that the Future capital raise, at the lowest share issue price in our company’s history, be offered to existing shareholders in preference to new shareholders. If you have a close look at the resolution that you will be voting on before the meeting next Tuesday you will note that the Board will be given authority to raise the funds in any way that they choose! A number of our shareholders were concerned that this CR would be an opportunity for a group of people to take a majority interest in our company at a very low entry price and our representation to the Board will hopefully avoid this from happening! I take offence to your assumption that I have privy to any information that is not available to all shareholders and ask for you to apologise? The result of my representation to the Board is that not only can we feel comfortable that the CR will not allow an individual or group of investors to take a cheap majority interest in our company but all existing Shareholders will be given the opportunity to subscribe to the CR. The purpose of my post last night was to allow shareholders the opportunity of making funds available in the near future should they choose to take part in the CR.
