Ann: Hills secures $6m debt facility with Causeway, page-3

Back on the 30th June when HIL announced the extension of finance with Com Bank I got very suspicious when it was for 3 months only. My reaction was that Com Bank was waiting for results prior to committing further.
Now I am even more suspicious that they have to resort to such a lender probably at higher rates which haven't been mentioned. More costs they will have to cover from margin. I just don't see a great future. My feeling is that Com Bank don't see one either and they have more info than me.
They (HIL) put a positive spin on everything as they slip further into the mire.
