IMO this is the wrong time to consolidate we have no good news ...

A lot of issues in the grey area moving forward....

Consolidation with no value placed on the price can represent significant losses for small holders that they may never recover....

The SP is not liley to jump in any real value without some positive news...

For instance it's OK to do a consolidation if you have significant news and it is a rebalance..

I've seen this happen before with no news following and a general reduction of the SP and any value disappearing..until nothing left

The company has $30 million in the Bank and for sometime now with no positive news except a Lithium project in Spain.....
IMO the Stock should have been left alone till there was a positive announcement of some significance....
Holders of been promised by previous announcements of moves being taken to give shareholders VALUE.

A consolidation of Shares 20-1 when the SP is at .057 and could be lower by 28th October ,,, gives me concerns unless they have something planned and even if they do a share consolidation could be annouced later.....
