jason, you dont get it.....the W recession is falling into place.....and it will escalate as the bad news keeps coming in the reporting season.
with higher unemployment ...Interest Rates will not rise... glen stevens was so out of touch when he hiked the last 3 rate hikes.... many believed Obama's ...green shoots....what folly
as for house prices....there is so much competition out there from all the immigrants.....and the foreign buyers, that were allowed into the frenzy in Feb 09....
the inner cities will probably only rise slowly the outer suburbs offer plenty of diversity...and will continue to have modest growth..
the retailers are feeling the pinch..now the bonus has finished... it will be another hard year for most.... you can wear the rose coloured glasses...to shade you from the clouds on the horizen
