Hi Analyst,
Well everyone to their own valuation methods. I have not had any success in applying PE multiples by themselves to try and determine a valuation.
I seem to get better results with an estimated net cash flow view out at least three years in most cases. And for me the presence or absence of a large amount of starting cash is part of the model.
