it looks like your properties are in 'decent' condition compared with other properties in the area...

...i keep listening about the appaling state that most 'rentals' are in...

...landlords are earning very small yields and they don't want to invest anything back into the property...

...stupid, i know but that's PI's for you !!!

...so, when something half decent comes along...so people don't have to live in a pigsty...it is snapped up !!!

i said it few times before: THERE IS NO SHORTAGE of properties for rent ! there is only a shortage of GOOD property for rent !
