The share price at the time of the below announcement was around $2.40 and yet the directors agreed to go ahead with the placement at $2.90. It was this show of faith in the company that convinced me to invest - and to continue buying. I have continued to buy in over the last 12 months, and have another "buy" order in for today. Nothing has changed with regards to the company's goals and potential, apart from the fact that they are actually closer to achieving what they are aiming to do. The management seems to be very good at keeping positive developments quiet until they have something tangible to announce, eg the Philips 66 and Kore agreements were totally unexpected.
