    I don't know anything about cows in Texas, but I do know that Newsats announcements to the market started listing a Houston (Texas) office in the right margin. From what i can see the first appearance of the Houston office on company stationary was 11 December 2009. Maybe the two are relate? Why open an office in Houston?
