They have only ceased being above the 5% threshold. On Monday the dumped about 130 Million shares and that brought them below a 5% holding, I have not done a full accounting but I would guess they still have about 250,000,000 shares left to dump.
Now that they are below 5% they will not be showing us any more of their transactions.
