The SingTel Optus thing is terrible for TLS, a real slam.
What confidence would Australian companies and multinational companies have in Telstra, Optus and any other telco now?
Mass complaints coming, AUstralia has been too bad for too long on this stuff.
All the high risk behavior, lack of complaince, understaffing, underresourcing and using low cost low value outsourcing not to mention offshoring.
It is a disgrace for which Michelle Rowland should be held accountable. Not only Kelly Bayer Rosmarin should be sacked by Optus but Albo should sack Rowland as well.
It is calamitous for Telstra.
