@Raki. when reading the announcement there is no clear wording around what the deal might be. So I take the worse case scenario that when you join forces, 2 groups - each needing each other, each providing something essential, the obvious outcome would be 50/50. Given that the wording also mentions "aim to reach agreement" means they have no agreement.
I like to dissect the mean of announcements this way. You can't just make assumptions because it's what you're ultimately waiting for.
Slapping of backs and raising glasses to toast ones good health will happen in good time.....but first, understand the REAL deal thats being done here. I can't see one yet until the words "AIM TO" are removed and sold numbers are at hand. Until then, they could be planning to scroo you.
