    If the vote is no on tranche 2 - then it is likely the SP will attach itself to the valuation of the LLL holding, no?
    Currently 11 cents per share?
    That's a hell of a lot better than 6.

    I wonder if the lack of a notice today from LLL is indicative of the ASX taking a close look at the proposed raise...
