Its quite simple really, the price is drifting down because of lack of news.... happens to alot of stocks.
Whilst TEX has good fundamentals it is volatile... that's the nature of penny stocks. At the moment, TEX is OVERSOLD, and it will remain oversold until the market finds a reason to correct it.
I'm hoping that reason is just around the corner - in the form of H71.
Anticipation of news is actually more powerful to the shareprice than the news itself! Unless of course, the news is company changing (which H71 might very well be).
