If EFE were that confident in resource wouldnt they wait till they prove their resource as this is only diluting their SOI and then they would be able to deals to suit them not the investors. They also lose control of the projects, possibly why things are taking so long here. Its madness getting big investors this early, they havent got the shareholders in mind before making decisions.
