    If economic conditions = 6 months ago we'd already have been over 20 cents and 40 would be realistic.

    DFS is 'known news', even down to the actual week it is being released.

    The current depressed V2O5 price is also known news.

    I don't have a strong feeling about price targets short term to be honest but don't aim too high
